Marshall White brings over 30 years of specialty manufacturing and operating experience to help solve manufacturing and OEM customers’ greatest challenges, including logistics needs that can be improved through proximity-based value chain solutions. He was recruited in 2016 to succeed TEAM Technologies’ founder as president and CEO, where he charted the company’s next phase of growth as a leading solutions provider in advanced healthcare manufacturing applications. White began his career as a mechanical engineer with Alcoa Inc. and progressed through a range of technical, commercial, and management roles to eventually become the president and CEO of Closure Systems International, a $1.3 billion global specialty packaging business. Outside of work, White, his wife, and three boys are active in the local community in and around Morristown, Tennessee, where he previously served on the boards of two local non-profit organizations—The Morristown Chamber of Commerce and Kingswood Home for Children. Currently, White serves as a trustee for Carson Newman University.
