Michele Jermini has a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences obtained from the ETH of Zurich after completing a project related to Chemometrics at the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. He also holds a Master in Marketing from the University of Basel. Michele began his work experience in the pharma industry at Lonza where he held various positions relating to fine chemicals custom synthesis and project management. In 2005 Dr. Jermini founded his own company, Alfa Chemicals (Suisse), specializing in the development and sourcing of pharmaceutical fine chemicals.
