Randall “Randy” Ours has over 15 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry. Randy currently manages the Procurement function of Bayer’s Pharmaceutical Medical Device sector, specifically the categories of raw materials, electro-mechanical devices, sterile disposables and contraceptive devices. Prior to Bayer, Randy spent eight years at Medtronic Spinal and Biologics managing the Strategic Sourcing function for orthopedic implants, sterile instruments, raw materials and indirect spend. He specializes in best-cost country manufacturing and has spent time working on the integration of several large acquisitions in the Medical Device Market. He holds a BS in Economics from The Ohio State University.
