Paul Orlando is the Vice President of External Operations. His role is to oversee the discovery, assessment, selection and management of external solution providers including finish devices, components and design services. He is also responsible for demand forecasting and related supply chain activities.
Paul is a Boston Massachusetts’s native who has over 32 years of manufacturing, operations and engineering experience with 27 of those years being in the medical device industry. Paul has held various operations, plant, engineering, business unit and product development leadership positions with Motorola, Johnson & Johnson, and Vention Medical and currently with Olympus Surgical Technologies of America since 2015.

Paul has an Industrial Engineering degree from Northeastern University.
